General conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales concluded via the internet web site www.impresarts.com or through the Order Department.

 

PRODUCT

The colors of the products may vary from the colors that appear on your screen. The choice and the purchase of the products are under the sole responsibility of the buyer. "ImpresArts cannot guarantee that the colours seen on your computer monitor are identical to the actual product colours.

PAYMENT

The mode of payment for a product is by VISA, MASTER CARD and AMEX through the secured site. ImpresArts reserves the right to refuse any transactions deemed non-compliant.

 

EXPEDITION

All orders will be delivered according to the option you choose and the address. After your purchase, an email will be sent to you to confirm your order and the delivery address. If you find an error or if you want to make a change, please contact the customer service at info@impresarts.com or 514-360-8111 within the 30 minutes after your purchase.

Delay of treatement and delivery time

We pledge to process your order within 24 hours following payment.

  • Expedited parcel: 1 to 3 business days (Quebec)
  • Expedited parcel: 1 to 7 business days(Canada)
  • Xpresspost:         1 to 2 business days
  • Priority:              1 business day

 

Delivery time in USA

  • Expedited parcel USA:   4 to 7 jbusiness days
  • Small Packet USA:        5 à 8 business days
  • Xpresspost USA:           2 à 3 business days
  • Priority Worlwide USA:  1 business day

 

Delivery during the holiday season (Quebec and Ontario only)
We will do our utmost to ensure that we meet our preparation and shipping schedules during the holiday season. Please note the following deadlines for receiving items before December 23 is December 17

ImpresArts will at no time be responsible for an address error provided by the customer.

If you are still waiting after the delivery. Please notify us by email at info@impresarts.com (your first name, family name, invoice number must be mentioned on the email). We will undertake measures to inform you and have you satisfied or we will refund you.

ImpresArt is not responsible for damage, loss, and delays on parcels during the delivery from the freight company.

IN-STORE PICK-UP

You also have the option pick-up your order at ImpresArts Shop. This service is offered free of charge. Customer service will contact you as soon as your order is ready to be collected.

RETURN

You have fifteen (15) working days after the receipt of an item purchased at regular price to make a return. An item purchased online may be returned to our store, or by mail (at your expense). Returned ou exchanged items must be in perfect condition, without any trace of use, in their original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt. Please note that the damaged items will not be refunded or exchanged. Here's the procedure to return a product ;

  • If you want to return your purchase by mail, please contact us at 514-360-8111 or by email at info@impresarts.com to receive your return authorization.
  • Once your hand, return authorization number you can ship your package with the carrier of your choice atthis address : 461 Saint-Sulpice Street, Montreal, Quebec, H2Y 2V8

No shipping charges will be refunded and you must bear the costs of transport for your return. As soon as we receive the item and we will have been able to see that it is intact, a credit of the amount of the purchase (shipping are not refundable, only the goods) will be credited to the credit card used for the transaction. Repayment periods may vary depending on the issuer of the credit card.

Please note that items purchased at a reduced price are not refundable. Exchange or credit.

All returns must be authorized by Impresarts prior to the return.

RECEPTION OF THE PARCEL

Upon receipt of the package, check immediately in the presence of deliveryman’s compliance references the number of packages, their physical condition and their content fits with what is written on the delivery notice.

If the package arrives damaged, write it on the carriers slip and specify that you accept the parcel only after unpacking it. If you find an actual deterioration, notify the carrier within 48 hours. Inform us by email to Info@impresarts.com , although specifying the nature of the damage (humidity, torn, crushed, etc.) with a supporting exhibit photography.

In case of doubt or apparent damage, refuse the goods and send an explicit and detailed message on the carriers delivery slip. The date must be included with the message.

The carrier may not under any circumstances make obstacle to the exercise of your right to the verification of the goods. If he is oposed to it, you have the right to refuse the delivery noting it explicitly on the delivery slip.

Any goods accepted without reservations, or what amounts to the same, with reservations without meaning, shall be considered as received in accordance with out any action against the carrier.

In the cases of your absence on the delivery day, you will be in principle notified by a notice. On this notice, the address and opening hours are indicated for you to recover your package, otherwise it will be returned to the Giftshop. Note that you have a limited time frame to recover your parcel.

ImpresArts reserves the right to modify at any time the present politics. Being related to these terms, it is your responsibility to check regularly on our site. By using ImpresArts website, you acknowledge having read, understood and accept these terms.

ImpresArts does not guarantee that its website and its contents are error free. Its website is presented on a basis of as is without waranty of any kind whatsoever concerning the correctness of texts, photos and the reliability of the servers used to host its website. ImpresArts does not warrant in any way that the use of the site will be without interruption, will contain no errors, viruses or other computer worms. Although ImpresArts takes all the necessary measures to ensure the accuracy of the information and the descriptions of the products, ImpresArts assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions which may be found on its website.
