All orders will be delivered according to the option you choose and the address. After your purchase, an email will be sent to you to confirm your order and the delivery address. If you find an error or if you want to make a change, please contact the customer service at email@example.com or 514-360-8111 within the 30 minutes after your purchase.

Delivery during the holiday season (Quebec and Ontario only)
We will do our utmost to ensure that we meet our preparation and shipping schedules during the holiday season. Please note the following deadlines for receiving items before December 23 is December 17
ImpresArts will at no time be responsible for an address error provided by the customer.
If you are still waiting after the delivery time. Please notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org (your first name, family name, invoice number must be mentioned on the email). We will undertake measures to inform you and have you satisfied or we will refund you.
ImpresArts is not responsible for damage, loss, and delays on parcels during the delivery from the freight company.
You also have the option pick-up your order at ImpresArts Shop. This service is offered free of charge. Customer service will contact you as soon as your order is ready to be collected.
You have fifteen (15) working days after the receipt of an item purchased at regular price to make a return. An item purchased online may be returned to our store, or by mail (at your expense). Returned ou exchanged items must be in perfect condition, without any trace of use, in their original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt. Please note that the damaged items will not be refunded or exchanged. Here's the procedure to return a product ;
No shipping charges will be refunded and you must bear the costs of transport for your return. As soon as we receive the item and we will have been able to see that it is intact, a credit of the amount of the purchase (shipping are not refundable, only the goods) will be credited to the credit card used for the transaction. Repayment periods may vary depending on the issuer of the credit card.
Please note that items purchased at a reduced price are not refundable. Exchange or credit.
All returns must be authorized by Impresarts prior to the return.
Upon receipt of the package, check immediately in the presence of deliveryman’s compliance references the number of packages, their physical condition and their content fits with what is written on the delivery notice.
If the package arrives damaged, write it on the carriers slip and specify that you accept the parcel only after unpacking it. If you find an actual deterioration, notify the carrier within 48 hours. Inform us by email to Info@impresarts.com , although specifying the nature of the damage (humidity, torn, crushed, etc.) with a supporting exhibit photography.
In case of doubt or apparent damage, refuse the goods and send an explicit and detailed message on the carriers delivery slip. The date must be included with the message.
The carrier may not under any circumstances make obstacle to the exercise of your right to the verification of the goods. If he is oposed to it, you have the right to refuse the delivery noting it explicitly on the delivery slip.
Any goods accepted without reservations, or what amounts to the same, with reservations without meaning, shall be considered as received in accordance with out any action against the carrier.
In the cases of your absence on the delivery day, you will be in principle notified by a notice. On this notice, the address and opening hours are indicated for you to recover your package, otherwise it will be returned to the Giftshop. Note that you have a limited time frame to recover your parcel.
